An opportunity for an experienced Project office Assistant*Co-ordinator to join large project office to work on various projects throughout the business. Candidates must be used to providing full project administration, liaising with project managers for updates, reporting, policing project documentation as well as tracking financial aspects of the project - such as churning the numbers, producing spreadsheets, translating man days into costs etc.
Candidates must have min 1 year experience within a similar role gained within a European project office. Must have experience of providing project support to large projects within multiple workstreams. Good MS Project, Excel and be very numerate. Previous financial exposure must have been gained within a similar position or within a financial degree in order to understand the basics of finance.
